Corollo

Ingredients:

4 eggs
2 ounces of sugar
8½ ounces of flour
Grated untreated lemon
1 whole white yogurt.
1 tablespoon of squeezed lemon
1 glass of EVO oil
1 sachet of yeast
Butter to taste.
Breadcrumbs q.b

Procedure:

Beat together, eggs, sugar and grated lemon. Add flour and baking powder and last of all, oil and lemon squeezed flat, continuing to stir and mix the mixture. Add 1 yogurt. Butter a baking pan, sprinkle it with breadcrumbs, lay the dough on top.
Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.
