Scaveccio

Ingredients:

small fish
flour
seed oil
Ansonac vinegar
Rosemary, Sage, Chilli, Garlic
Evo Oil
Raisins
Onion

Preparation:

Flour the fish and fry them in seed oil with herbs, spices and onion to taste. Add raisins, then vinegar to taste. Boil for a few minutes and pour into a soup bowl, adding a pinch of salt. Serve cold.
