Ansonaco wine
Place oil, garlic and chili pepper in a large saucepan, sauté, remove garlic and add peeled tomatoes, adjust with a little salt and add the chopped potatoes along with the onions, add a little water and tomato paste if needed.
Place the squid previously cleaned and chopped, deglaze with Ansonaco wine over high heat. Lower the flame and let it go for 25-30 minutes, adding water if necessary.
