If the ferry departure is cancelled for any reason or if the ship departs more than 90 minutes late, the passenger can choose between:

Reservation fees are non-refundable and if the passenger fails to show up for departure for reasons beyond the company's control, no refund will be given.

Passengers are not entitled to refunds or compensation, related to ferry tickets, in the following cases:
- the departure undergoes a delay of less than one hour;
- the ferry trip takes longer than expected;
- for technical reasons or force majeure, disembarkation takes place at a port other than the destination port.
