The Migliacci


  • Flour
  • Water
  • a pinch of salt
  • Oil q.b.


Flour is mixed with water until a smooth and fluid mixture is obtained.

A spoonful of the mixture is poured into a pan barely greased with oil. The result is thin crepes. Once they are ready you can sprinkle them with sugar, as per tradition or with jam to your liking or, for the sweet tooth, with Nutella. Yum!
