Ingredients:

1 kilogram of potatoes
3 ounces of flour
4½ ounces of raisins
2 ounces of sugar
Oil

Procedure:

Boil and peel potatoes, mash and add raisins and flour.
Grease a baking pan, roll out the dough and coat everything with sugar and finally pour a drizzle of oil on top.
Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.

 

Difficulty: easy.

Preparation time: about 2 hours.
