Ingredients:

½ kilogram of flour
Yeast
2 onions
Tomato
Anchovies
Evo Oil
Halls

Procedure:

Prepare pizza dough with: brewer's yeast, one teaspoon oil, pinch of salt. Let rise in a dry, non-cold place for about four to five hours.
Prepare a sauté of onion, without letting the onion burn, but just barely brown, add the tomato and let it reduce.
Divide the pizza dough into two parts, one two-thirds of the other.
Spread the larger dough (two-thirds of the total) on a baking sheet, stuff with sautéed onion and tomato and add anchovies to taste, not too many. Cover everything with the remaining pizza dough (one third) and place in the oven.
Bake in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes at 220 degrees.
