Ingredients for 4 persons:

 

  • 1Kg of flowering cabbage;

  • 1 hg anchovies;

  • 2 cloves of garlic;

  • A bunch of parsley;

  • 50 gr. Of Evo oil

  • 8 slices of homemade bread

 

Procedure:

Boil the cabbage. Sauté garlic, add parsley, cleaned anchovies, and cook for five minutes. Toast the bread. Rub the garlic on the toasted bread. Soak the bread slices in the cabbage cooking water. Arrange the bread slices on a tray, Lay the cabbage on top of the bread slices and add the anchovy.
